Reduce Redness & Discoloration
There are many reasons why you might develop skin concerns like redness, sun spots, and pigmentation. Thankfully, our team at Dvida Spa offers intense pulsed light therapy as a solution to these issues and more.
An IPL Photofacial is a noninvasive treatment that uses intense pulsed light to target skin imperfections such as sunspots, redness, and broken blood vessels. Your skin absorbs the light, stimulating collagen production and improving overall skin tone.

The Dvida Spa Experience
What We Treat
We use intense pulsed light therapy in Chicago to specifically target the pigment and blood vessels within the skin. By absorbing the thermal energy generated by the light, the pigment and blood vessels are then permanently destroyed and flushed out of your body, leaving you with a glowing, even-toned complexion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our clients see the best results with 3 to 5 sessions of intense pulsed light therapy in Chicago, but your provider will help you figure out the number of sessions you need for your specific goals.
Our team at Dvida generally spaces each session out by 3 to 4 weeks. This allows the skin to fully heal after the previous session and reduces the risk of causing skin damage.
Many but not all clients are candidates for intense pulsed light therapy in Chicago. If you are currently taking Accutane or are pregnant/breastfeeding, then you should not receive IPL therapy.
