With more than 18 years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, luxury spa operations, business development, and client experience, Judie brings a unique combination of operational expertise and hospitality-driven leadership to Dvida Spa. Her background spans both clinical and spa environments, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to create a seamless experience for both clients and team members.
As Regional Operations Manager, Judie oversees operations for Dvida’s Cary, North Carolina, and Chicago, Illinois locations, working closely with ownership, clinical providers, aestheticians, and front desk teams to ensure each location runs smoothly while delivering the elevated, high-touch experience Dvida is known for.
Throughout her career, Judie has led and developed high-performing teams, implemented operational systems, supported significant business growth, and helped introduce and expand services in aesthetics, laser, medical wellness, and hair restoration. She also brings extensive experience in marketing, business development, community partnerships, compliance, and strategic growth. She has a particular passion for identifying opportunities, building strong systems, and turning ideas into programs that support both the client experience and long-term business success.
Judie leads with a warm, calm, and solutions-focused approach. She believes exceptional businesses are built through strong teams, thoughtful communication, accountability, and genuine attention to the details that matter. Whether she is mentoring a team member, improving a process, launching a new initiative, or helping resolve a client concern, her goal is to create an experience that feels personal, seamless, and distinctly Dvida.
Before joining Dvida, Judie held leadership positions with respected medical aesthetic practices and luxury spas in both California and North Carolina. Her background also includes luxury retail, merchandising, buying, and product development, giving her a broad perspective on brand experience, consumer behavior, and business strategy.
Outside of work, Judie is an avid world traveler who especially enjoys exploring Central America and destinations throughout Europe. When she is home, she loves spending time with her two little dogs, Mae West and Poppy.
Judie holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and maintains active cosmetology licenses in North Carolina and California.
